Call it geeky but it is a thrill to find basic objects bounded by a drab wall and then use negative space to highlight relationships among patterns, lines and shapes (I use a broad definition of ‘negative space’ here). Not quite minimal–in the strict sense–but on the way. This is how I saw old Dubai: 7 images.
